Welcome to Eden Water Soap Company, a Botanical Soap Company born from my passion for traditional soapmaking and aromatherapy.  ​Exquisite, natural products rooted in nature, meticulously crafted and individualised with therapeutic essential oils, botanicals and natural extracts.

A passion spanning 40 years, a simple natural soap gifted from a talented soapmaker ignited my passion for this craft. My soap-making journey has been filled with years of trial and error, fueled by countless books and a thirst for knowledge, all before the internet made it easy to learn. Did you know that traditionally, becoming a skilled Master Soapmaker required a ten-year apprenticeship?

A little about me... Hi, I'm RoseAnn, a master soapmaker dedicated to crafting beautiful, eco-conscious soaps and skincare products that celebrate nature and holistic health. 

Welcome to my natural skincare journey! As a new mother, my concern about synthetic ingredients in baby skincare led me to create my own products. I lovingly craft the same nourishing formulas for my own little grandchildren.

With a passion for nature, well-being and trained in a variety of complementary therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy, massage and reiki I bring a unique perspective to my creations. 

Following a rewarding career in Social Services, I played a rewarding role from the 80's in establishing a Women’s Aid Refuge and vital support programs throughout the Scottish Borders, a rewarding and often challenging career.  When challenges posed by my own health I transitioned into alternative therapies and soapmaking, a wonderful path which allows me to channel my passion for creativity, well-being and self-care.  ​​​

Eden Water Soap has always been about quality traditional soapmaking, passion and pride of this speciality craft and never as a money making opportunity!  My commitment to high-quality, meticulously crafted remains and has earned us by word of mouth a loyal customer base that appreciates our passion and natural ethos.  Eden Water shall remain a high quality, small batch, meticiously crafted, natural artisanal soapmaking specialist.

Every skin nourishing soap from our exquisite collection is crafted from quality, ethically sourced ingredients. Slow-cured and matured for a minimum of six weeks, offering unparalleled gentleness and longevity. Many of our organic botanicals are lovingly grown in my rural cottage garden or foraged along the banks of the River Tweed, bringing a touch of nature to every wash. 

I stand firmly against the use of environmentally harmful palm oil and cheap filler oils. Our ethos and commitment extends to rejecting skin-irritating petrochemicals, sulfates, parabens, synthetic colors, and artificial fragrances.
